Who We Are
We’re Karl and Tracy, a husband and wife team and the owners of Thumb Coast Home Watch.
We started Thumb Coast Home Watch because we saw a need for something simple in our area, a dependable local person homeowners can trust to keep an eye on their property when they can’t be there.
As homeowners ourselves, we understand the peace of mind that comes from knowing someone is checking in. Whether you’re away for a weekend, several months, or somewhere in between, our goal is to help you stay informed about what’s happening back home.
Local people. Caring for local homes.
