Snowbird Home Watch

Head South With Confidence

Spending the winter somewhere warmer should be something you look forward to—not something you spend worrying about back home.

Thumb Coast Home Watch provides scheduled visual inspections of your Michigan home while you're away, helping you stay informed about the condition of your property throughout the season.

What We Check

During each visit, we look for visible signs of:

• Water leaks or moisture

• Heating concerns or unusual temperature conditions

• Storm or weather-related damage

• Doors and windows that appear unsecured

• Pest activity

• Unusual odors, sounds, or visible concerns

• Interior and exterior conditions that may need attention

After each visit, you'll receive an update so you know how your home looked and whether anything needs your attention.

Designed for Michigan Snowbirds

Our Snowbird Home Watch service is ideal for homeowners who spend part of the winter in Florida, Arizona, or anywhere else away from home.

Whether you're gone for a few weeks or several months, scheduled visits provide another set of eyes on your property while you're away.

Stay Connected to Home While You're Away

If we notice something unusual, you'll know about it sooner and can decide what you'd like to do next.

You enjoy your time away. We'll help you keep an eye on home.
