We’re Karl and Tracy, a husband and wife team and the owners of Thumb Coast Home Watch.

We started Thumb Coast Home Watch because we saw a need for a simple service in our area, someone local and dependable to keep an eye on your home when you can’t be there.

As homeowners ourselves, we know how quickly little things around a house can turn into bigger problems when no one is there to notice them. A leak, loss of heat, storm damage, a door that isn’t secure, or something that just doesn’t look right can go unnoticed for days or even weeks.

That’s where we come in.

Karl is naturally a hands-on, detail-oriented person who has spent most of his career troubleshooting problems and figuring out why things aren’t working the way they should. Tracy brings another set of eyes and is great at noticing the smaller details, staying organized, and keeping people informed. We work well together because we tend to notice different things.

Most importantly, we understand the amount of trust it takes to let someone into your home while you’re away. We don’t take that lightly.

We live here, we’re raising our family here, and we want Thumb Coast Home Watch to be a name people in our community know they can trust.
